The Critics Choice Awards this year are led by Conclave and Wicked, both receiving 11 nominations each.
Celebrating its 30th anniversary, the CCA announced three major categories live on NBC’s Today show, including the 10 films competing for Best Picture: A Complete Unknown, Anora, The Brutalist, Conclave, Dune: Part Two, Emilia Pérez, Nickel Boys, Sing Sing, The Substance, and Wicked.
In addition, Payal Kapadia’s Indo-French film, All We Imagine As Light, has been nominated for Best Foreign Language Film. The film had previously won the prestigious Grand Prix at the Cannes Film Festival.
